You agree to use ChapterWave only to convert documents and books for which you hold the copyright or have obtained the necessary legal permissions to create derivative audio works. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of authors or publishers. ChapterWave acts strictly as a local processing tool and holds no liability for the content you process or distribute.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that it will run flawlessly on all hardware configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChapterWave, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software.
