2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. While we would love to know why the software didn't work out for you so we can improve it, no explanation is required to process the refund.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, your license key will be deactivated immediately. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if we detect fraudulent activity, abusive licensing practices, or if the request is made outside the 14-day window.
